A Complete Scooter Engine Rebuild
This is the same gas scooter shown in the hero. After the seized engine was removed and diagnosed, we cleaned the cases and oil passages, replaced the damaged internal components and rebuilt the engine for installation.
Diagnosis
The seized engine was opened and found with severe sludge buildup restricting the lubrication system and internal oil passages.
New Internal Parts
The worn crankshaft and damaged piston were replaced alongside the new cylinder components, piston rings, seals and gaskets.
Rebuilt & Ready
After thorough cleaning and reassembly, the rebuilt power unit was prepared for installation back into the scooter.
