Return & Refund Policy

Vehicle Sales

At Scooter Ave, all new vehicle sales are considered final.

Before delivery, our team performs vehicle preparation and inspection services, which may include assembly, battery installation, fluid checks, fuel addition, testing, and safety inspection. Once a vehicle has been prepared, delivered, titled, registered, or transferred to the customer, it can no longer be sold as a new vehicle.

For this reason, Scooter Ave does not offer returns or refunds on completed vehicle purchases.

Warranty Concerns

If a customer experiences a problem with a vehicle after purchase, those concerns are handled through the applicable warranty process rather than through a return or refund.

Shipped Vehicles

Orders that have been processed and shipped are not eligible for return.

Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable once an order has been prepared for shipment and has left our facility.

Customers should carefully review vehicle specifications and ask any questions prior to placing an order.

Vehicle Exchanges & Trade-Ins

We understand that circumstances can change after a purchase. If a customer wishes to upgrade to a different vehicle, Scooter Ave may be able to assist through our trade-in process.

Previously purchased vehicles are evaluated as used vehicles and are not eligible to be returned as new inventory.

Trade-in value will be determined based on the vehicle’s condition, mileage, age, market value, and overall inspection.

Approval of any trade-in or exchange is at Scooter Ave’s discretion.

Refunds

Scooter Ave does not provide refunds on completed vehicle purchases once a vehicle has been prepared, delivered, titled, registered, or transferred to the customer.

Any warranty-related concerns are handled through the applicable manufacturer or service warranty process rather than through a refund.

Shipping charges, delivery fees, deposits, reservation fees, and other non-refundable charges will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

We encourage all customers to contact us before purchasing if they have questions regarding vehicle size, performance, features, licensing requirements, financing, delivery, or intended use.
