Sponsored Rider
For riders who want to represent Scooter Ave through a more customized sponsorship arrangement. Support and benefits are reviewed individually and may differ from the standard Ambassador cash-commission program.

How The Referral Program Works

Create And Share
Approved Ambassadors can generate a general Scooter Ave referral link or a tracked link to a specific product and share it with their audience.
Track And Earn
Qualifying website orders are attributed at the product level. Your Partner dashboard keeps referral activity, conversions, and commission status organized in one place.
Product-aware tracking matters. An exact-product referral is preserved for that product during the valid referral window, even if the customer later visits a different Partner’s link for an unrelated product.
Commission Rates By Level
Every approved Ambassador begins at NEW unless Scooter Ave assigns a different level. Higher monthly performance can qualify an Ambassador for PRO or ELITE rates.

Commission is calculated from the eligible merchandise selling value after product discounts. Sales tax, shipping or freight, delivery charges, DMV/title/registration charges, government or pass-through fees, and canceled or refunded merchandise are excluded. Rates are recorded using the Ambassador’s applicable level when the commission is created.
Build Your Level Through Qualifying Sales
SAPP uses monthly performance credits to keep different types of sales comparable. These are level-progress points—not cash, store credit, or Sponsored Rider benefit credit.
Monthly Credit Values
- Most qualifying vehicles: 1.00 credit
- Stand-up electric scooters: 0.50 credit
- Golf carts: 2.00 credits
- Parts and accessories: 0.50 credit
Level Targets
- PRO: 10 qualifying monthly credits
- ELITE: 20 qualifying monthly credits
- Performance is evaluated after the calendar month ends
- One below-target month acts as a grace month before a possible level reduction
Your Partner Home Base
Approved Partners receive a dedicated mobile-friendly area inside their existing Scooter Ave account. There is no separate system to learn.
My Links
Create, copy, and share your general referral link or a link to a specific Scooter Ave product.
My Referrals
Review link clicks, unique visitors, product-link visits, conversions, and recent referral activity.
Commissions
See eligible sale value, rate, commission amount, and whether each commission is Pending, Ready for Payout, Paid, or Canceled.
Commission hold: A new commission remains Pending for 10 days. If the qualifying order remains valid, it moves to Ready for Payout. Scooter Ave handles V1 payouts manually and marks the ledger Paid after payment is sent.

The application can create or connect to your normal Scooter Ave customer account. Be ready to provide:
- Your contact information and city or area
- Whether you are applying as an Ambassador / Content Creator or Sponsored Rider
- A preferred public Partner ID for your referral links
- What you ride or create content around
- Your social profiles, website, or examples of your content
- Why you believe you are a good fit for Scooter Ave
Applications are reviewed—not automatically approved. Applying does not guarantee Ambassador access, sponsorship, vehicle access, free products, discounts, or any specific benefit. Pending applicants can continue using their normal Scooter Ave account and check their application status from My Account.
