A Dirt Bike Engine Replacement From Start To Finish
This dirt bike arrived with its original engine still installed. We removed the old power unit, installed and connected the replacement engine, verified operation and reassembled the completed bike.
Original Engine
The complete bike was documented on the lift before teardown, with its original UM engine still installed in the frame.
Replacement Underway
The original engine was removed and placed beside the bike while the replacement engine was installed and connected in the frame.
Reassembled & Completed
After the replacement engine was installed and tested, the fuel tank, seat and body panels were reassembled to complete the repair.
